Weekly timeshare rentals in Masthope Mountain Community
Located on Eagle Rock Road in Lackawaxen PA 18435.  

Each of the three single timeshare houses have 5 beds (king size in the master bedroom on the main floor and 2 double beds in each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor), sleeps 10, living room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms (1 on the main floor off the master bedroom and 1 on the 2nd floor), front and rear porches.  

The Masthope Mountain Community has many amenities, including horseback riding (indoor and outdoor ring, and trail rides spring, summer and fall), down-hill snow skiing & snow tubing (at Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain), cross country ski trails, lake with free use of the canoes or paddle boats, beach at the lake, 2 playgrounds, outdoor heated pool, tennis court, bocce ball court, handball court, basketball court, volleyball area, video games, bumper pool, pool table, restaurant, pizza place,  1000 acres to hike. 

A week is Friday check-in at 4pm to Friday check-out at 10am
A later check-in time is ok, an earlier check-out time is ok.
Other days/times may be possible, but we wouldn't know until the week before check-in.
Reservations can only be confirmed up to 59 days before the check-in date desired.

Cost per week + 6% tax:
$895.00 for 5/22-10/1and 12/18-3/5 (not Christmas, New Year, nor President's Day weeks)
$795.00 for 3/6-5/19, and 10/2-12/17.
The resort charges an administrative charge for amenity usage passes, needed if you are going to use their facilities (fitness center & horseback requires an additional usage fee) of:
$50 up to 3 nights or $75 for 4-7 nights.
Barter customers: Fee to the resort is $500.00 cash + resort administration charge for amenity ussage passes (if desired) is cash + 6% tax is cash, balance of $395 or $295 on trade.
